Garlic bread pierogi

This one is easy, but delectable! First, roast a garlic glove by drizzling it in olive oil and wrapping in tin foil. Roast at 350 degrees until browned and soft. Mash a glove or two of garlic (or more, depending on how many pierogi you’re eating) and mix with melted butter. Add parsley, salt & pepper and mix again thoroughly. Toss with hot pierogi (we chose boiled pierogi for this one), and then top with toasted breadcrumbs. That’s it!
