Crispy kielbasa crumbs
This recipe is as easy as it gets, and will raise your pierogi game! Just dice 1.5 cups of smoked kielbasa (we prefer Jaju Kielbasa, of course). Melt some butter or heat olive oil in a pan. Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs and the diced kielbasa to the pan, and let crisp, stirring every so often. Then top your favorite pierogi! Add some veggies (like sauteed cabbage!) for balance, if you’d like.
