Where you can pair beer & pierogi

Sure, you can find Jaju Pierogi in stores and at events around New England, but did you know you can also find our pierogi at select breweries and bars, as well? Here’s where you can pair your pierogi with beer, wine & creative cocktails:

  1. Notch Brewing (Salem, MA and Brighton, MA)

Known for their stellar lagers and traditional biergarten vibes, Notch is one of Jaju’s biggest brewery partners. With Central European styles like Helles Lager, Kölsch, Märzen, or a crisp Pilsner, they have the ideal beers to pair with pierogi. Once a year, for Polish Fest (this Sunday, June 23!), they even brew a Polish beer. Our pierogi - typically Potato & Cheese and Cabbage & Mushroom flavors - are available at both their Salem, MA location on the Canal and their Brighton location at the Speedway food hall.

  1. Sacred Profane (Biddeford, ME)

Founded by one of the brewers from Notch, Sacred Profane's tagline is “Cold Lagers, Warm Hearts.” More lagers to pair with pierogi! With a cozy and unique aesthetic (including tanks hanging from the ceiling), a full bar, a patio, and a curated food menu (featuring our Potato & Cheese pierogi…but also disco fries with lager gravy?!), it’s worth checking out in the growing town of Biddeford.

  1. All Souls Lounge (Salem, MA)

If beer’s not really your thing - but pierogi are - All Souls in Salem will satisfy your craving. All Souls features warm, low lights, old-school vibes, a jukebox, and creative cocktails (ever thought about pairing pierogi with a tiki cocktail?!). Other than pierogi, they’ve got a long list of creative grilled cheeses, chili dogs, and even churros. They specifically feature our Jalapeño Cheddar pierogi, served with onions, sour cream, and applesauce. It’s one of our favorites.

  1. Thirsty Robot Brewing (Fitchburg, MA)

If you’re looking for a wider range of beer styles (from IPAs to Irish Reds to Farmhouse Ales and Sours), then Thirsty Robot is the spot for you to eat pierogi and drink beer. With a dog-friendly beer garden, a funky taproom vibe, frequent local music, and a food menu that includes everything from barbecue to wings to pizza - and Potato & Cheese, Spinach & Feta, or Jalapeño Cheddar pierogi! - it’s a great stop off Route 2 in Central Massachusetts.

  1. Rockingham Brewing (Derry, NH)

Rockingham is a nano brewery on the NH border, conveniently just off 93. Serving up diverse beer styles from Berliner Weisse to West Coast IPA to…Bacon Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels with maple syrup?! Rockingham air fries our pierogi as one of their select taproom snacks, alongside the classic pretzel, wings, or even pigs in a blanket. They feature our Potato & Cheese pierogi with a house-made balsamic drizzle (!) and sour cream.

We’re always looking for more businesses to partner with. If you’ve got a favorite taproom or bar, drop ‘em a line and let ‘em know you want pierogi on the menu!
